Understand settlements and payouts
How webshop revenue is settled, which fees apply, and when you get paid.
Settlements explained
A settlement is the reconciliation of webshop payments minus platform and PSP costs.
- View pending payouts under Reports → Payouts.
- Check gross revenue, fees, and net payout per period.
- Statements appear only after a calendar month ends; payout follows via SEPA.
- Current month: pending amount only, no statement yet.
- With Kadova PSP, payments missing final provider costs (fee_pending) stay out of payout until exact PSP evidence arrives; one pending payment does not block the whole month.
- PSP costs on statements are final and traceable to Stripe/Mollie; Own PSP is outside Kadova settlements.
- Accountants can export payout history for bookkeeping.
- Store remittance invoices (per location) are under Reports → Store settlements.
