Which browsers does Kadova support?

Use the latest two versions of Chrome, Safari, or Edge on desktop or mobile web. Legacy browsers such as Internet Explorer are not supported. The web scanner needs camera access; manual entry is available as a fallback.

I cannot log in or did not receive an invitation.

Accepted Answer

Use Forgot password with the invited email address, or ask an admin to resend the invite from Settings → Users. Check spam folders and service status if the problem persists.

How do I add a user or store?

Stores are added under Settings → Stores. Users are invited under Settings → Users with the right role and store access.

How do I issue, scan, or redeem a gift card?

Issue from Gift cards → Issue or the mobile Sell flow. Redeem at checkout by scanning the code or entering the number and PIN.

How do I change my subscription or payment method?

Open Billing to change plans or open the billing portal to update your card or SEPA details. Only admins can manage subscription billing.

Subscription invoices are under Reports → Kadova invoices. Webshop payouts are under Reports → Payouts; store remittance invoices are under Reports → Store settlements.

Create a scoped API key under Settings → Integrations. For WooCommerce, Custom API, Shopify, Lightspeed, CCV, or Adobe use the wizards under Webshop → Settings (issue-only where applicable).

Download the migration template, map legacy balances and codes, run a validation migration, fix any errors, then schedule the production go-live.

Where do I check a balance or activate a card?

Use the balance or activation link from your gift-card email or receipt. For purchase issues, contact the store that issued the card.

Can I export reports?

Yes. Filter by period, store, and type in Reports and click Export → CSV. You can download transactions, revenue, and settlements for bookkeeping.

What are settlements?

Settlements are the reconciliation of webshop payments minus platform and PSP costs. After month-end you receive a statement; payout follows monthly via SEPA to your IBAN.

When should I use Custom API instead of WooCommerce?

Use WooCommerce with the official plugin on WordPress. Use Custom API / SDK for your own checkout or other platforms. Planned native apps stay capability-gated until GA.

How do I connect Shopify, Lightspeed, CCV, or Adobe?
