Which payment methods customers can use and how payouts work.
Payment methods for customers
Hosted and embed webshops require an explicit PSP choice first under Webshop → Settings:
- Own PSP — no Kadova platform fee; Stripe/Mollie bill you directly.
- Kadova PSP — Kadova receives payments, charges 0.25% + €0.05 platform fee plus exact pass-through PSP costs, and pays out monthly to your IBAN.
Then choose which payment methods customers see (iDEAL, card, Bancontact, etc.).
- Route changes apply to new payments only; open settlements stay visible.
- Webshop revenue is settled via Kadova (Kadova PSP) or your PSP account (Own PSP), not your Kadova subscription.
- With Kadova PSP you receive a monthly statement; payout follows via SEPA.
