Troubleshoot connector errors
First-line triage for credentials, ONLINE_READY, authorize conflicts and webhooks.
Decision tree
- 401/403 — revoked key, wrong tenant, missing scopes.
- Not ONLINE_READY — enable online toggles; do not use barcode online.
- Insufficient balance — lower amount or release open hold.
- Authorize conflict — capture, release, or wait.
- Capture without paid evidence — never force; release or wait.
- Webhook signature — raw body + secret; sandbox vs live.
