Which browsers work with the Kadova dashboard, shop, and web scanner.
Quick answer
Kadova web supports the latest two versions of Google Chrome, Safari, and Microsoft Edge on desktop and mobile.
Supported
- Desktop: Chrome, Safari (macOS), Edge
- Mobile web: Safari (iOS), Chrome (Android) — responsive layout
- Native app: Kadova Winkel (iOS/Android) — separate from the browser
Not supported
- Internet Explorer and other legacy browsers
- Very old mobile WebViews embedded in third-party apps
Web barcode scanner
Scanning in the web dashboard uses your device camera. If the browser blocks camera access or no camera is available, use manual code entry — the same flows remain available.
Safari and iOS may ask for camera permission per site; allow access when prompted.
Tips if something looks wrong
- Update your browser to the latest version.
- Try a private/incognito window without extensions.
- Clear cache or switch browser (see login troubleshooting).
- Check /help/status for platform incidents.
