View your total deferred revenue obligation and how it changes per period.
Understanding outstanding balance
Outstanding balance is the total remaining credit on all active gift cards.
- Find the outstanding balance figure on the dashboard and in Reports → Overview.
- Compare with previous periods to see the trend.
- Compare cards issued in the same period: what share has been redeemed?
- Outstanding balance decreases on redemption and increases on new issuing.
- Expired unused credit can trigger revenue recognition.
- Export for month-end close and audit.
