Cookies and consent (Consent V2)
As tenant you are controller for consumers in your hosted shop. Kadova acts as processor.
- Tenant banner — appears only when you enable optional analytics in shop config (shop.consent.analyticsEnabled + GA4 measurement ID) and CONSENT_V2_SHOP_UI is active on the platform.
- Platform GA4 — Kadova does not load marketing analytics on /shop/* or your custom domain.
- Checkout marketing — consumer marketing email only via explicit checkbox (off by default); no implicit opt-in.
- Legal texts — under Settings → Company profile → Legal (privacy URL, terms).
- Consent per tenant: isolated browser storage; server proof via ConsentPreference/ConsentEvent.
- Widgets (iframe): no Kadova cookie banner — your cookie policy on the host page.
