Redeem and issue via web POS
Use Redeem and Issue in the browser at the counter — without the gift card admin hub.
Web POS at the counter
Store employees see Redeem, Issue, and Transactions instead of the full gift card management hub.
- Open Redeem and scan or type the card code.
- Redeem inline or continue to issue when stock is not yet activated.
- Open Issue to activate physical stock cards.
- The active store is shown at the top of every POS page.
- No full card detail page or buyer PII for store employees.
- Legacy bookmarks to the gift card hub redirect to Redeem automatically.
