Finalise the migration and go live
Complete the migration, disable issuing in the old system, and go live on Kadova.
Go-live checklist
After a successful migration, you activate Kadova as the single source for cards.
- Complete all steps in Migration → Go-live check.
- Stop issuing and redeeming in the old system at the agreed time.
- Inform stores and test a redemption on Kadova.
- Plan the cutover outside peak hours if possible.
- Keep the old system view-only for looking up past records.
- After go-live, new cards are issued only in Kadova.
