Issue a gift card
Sell or create a gift card in-store or from the dashboard.

Choose an amount, payment method, and delivery option — print, email, or digital wallet.
Steps
- Open Gift cards → Issue (web) or use Sell in the mobile app.
- Select the store and card amount or product template.
- Choose delivery: print, email, or SMS where enabled.
- Complete payment and hand the card or receipt to the customer.
Expected outcome
The card is active with a unique code and appears in transactions and reports.
Common issues
- Email not delivered — verify the address and resend from the card detail page.
- Daily limit reached — your plan limit may apply; an admin can review usage in billing.
