Add your first store location

Quick answer

Go to Settings → Stores and add each physical or online sales point you operate.

Steps

1. Open Settings and select Stores.
2. Click Add store and enter the display name and address.
3. Set the default currency and timezone for that location.
4. Save and verify the store appears in gift-card and reporting filters.

Expected outcome

The store is available when issuing cards, assigning staff, and viewing settlements.

Common issues

• Store not visible to cashiers — assign the user to the store under Users.
• Wrong timezone in reports — edit the store and update the timezone.
