Simple vs advanced administration
Choose how many settings you see by default, what advanced options mean, and when upgrade or role limits apply.
Simple vs advanced
Kadova defaults to simple administration: the settings most organisations need day to day.
Enable advanced mode
- Open Settings (admin hub).
- Turn on Advanced administration with the mode toggle.
- Extra areas appear (denominations, printer delivery, webshop connectors, and more).
Advanced mode does not change permissions or product features — only which screens are shown by default.
Tile statuses
- Core — always visible in simple mode.
- Advanced — hidden until you enable advanced (required onboarding steps may appear earlier).
- Upgrade required — feature is not on your plan; you still get guidance and upgrade paths.
- No access — your role cannot open that area.
Onboarding
The getting-started checklist does not change your mode automatically. Completing or skipping steps is independent of simple/advanced.
