View and pay store invoices
Monthly settlement invoices per store: PDF, UBL, online pay, and direct debit status.
Store invoice portal
Under Invoices you only see documents for the active store.
- Open the list and filter by period or status.
- Open an invoice for PDF/UBL download and payment status.
- Start a one-off online payment when your role allows it.
- Only the billing contact can accept a direct debit mandate; you can request an invitation.
- For receivable payouts you see status only — no pay button.
- Admin actions (mark paid, payout, settings) are not available to store employees.
